Welcome to The Beginning Facial™. By booking or purchasing any service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your appointment.

1. General Information

The Beginning Facial™ is operated by Arilyn Wookey at 493 Charles St, North Perth Western Australia 6006.

These terms apply to all bookings, consultations, and treatments offered under this service.

2. Appointments and Bookings

Appointments are available by booking only through our official booking system or direct contact.

A valid email and phone number are required for booking confirmation.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to complete your consultation and begin on time.

Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling at our discretion.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Failure to attend without notice may forfeit any promotional voucher associated with the booking.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if unforeseen circumstances arise.

4. Vouchers and Promotions

Promotional vouchers, including the $60 First-Time Voucher, are valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

The voucher is valid for the Beginning Facial valued at $220, which brings the price to $160.

Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

Only one voucher or promotional offer may be used per booking unless otherwise stated.

Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

5. Payments

Payment is collected after your treatment has been completed.

We accept cash, EFTPOS, and major credit cards.

Prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

If a deposit or prepayment is ever required for a special offer or promotion, it will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

6. Consultation and Treatment

Each appointment includes a professional skin analysis and tailored facial designed to suit your individual skin needs.

It is your responsibility to disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to treatment.

While we take every precaution to ensure comfort and safety, results may vary depending on skin condition and care routine.

7. Refunds and Returns

Refunds are not available once a treatment has been performed.

If you experience any concerns following your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist or schedule a follow-up.

Refunds for prepaid packages or vouchers will only be issued in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for reactions or side effects caused by failure to follow pre- or post-care instructions.

Clients must follow all aftercare guidance provided to maintain optimal results.

All treatments are performed by qualified professionals under safe, hygienic conditions.

9. Privacy

All personal information collected during booking or treatment is kept strictly confidential and used only for service delivery, appointment management, or relevant communication.

Your information will never be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

By booking, you agree to receive appointment reminders and service updates via email or SMS.

10. Updates to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time.

The most recent version will always apply to new and existing bookings.
